What is Ditoko?
Ditoko is a mobile app that shares your current location as a simple web link. Open the app and the link is instantly copied to your clipboard — paste it into any chat and you're done.
Does the person I send my location to need the app?
No. Your link opens in any web browser on any phone or computer. They see your spot on a map and get a “Navigate Now” button that opens Google Maps or Apple Maps with directions to you.
Is Ditoko free?
Yes. Ditoko is free to download and use, supported by a small ad banner in the app and on the map page.
Does Ditoko track me?
No. Your location is read only while the app is open, only to build your link. There is no account, no background tracking, and no location history — Ditoko has no server that stores where you are or where you've been. See our privacy policy for the full details.
Who can see my location?
Only the people you personally send your link to. Sharing happens by you pasting the link into a conversation — nothing is broadcast automatically. Treat the link like the information it contains: share it with people you trust.
How accurate is it?
Ditoko uses your phone's GPS at high accuracy — typically within a few meters outdoors. Indoors or in dense areas, accuracy depends on your device and surroundings, like any maps app.
Does my link update if I move?
Your link is a snapshot of where you were when you opened the app. Moved? Just open Ditoko again — a fresh link for your new spot is copied automatically, ready to paste.
What phones does it work on?
Ditoko runs on Android and iPhone. Recipients can open your link on anything with a browser.
When can I download it?
Ditoko is available now — free — on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android.
